When you start a trial, you get full access to the Storyteller plan for five days with 50GB of managed storage included. No credit card is required to begin. At the end of the trial you can choose to subscribe or let the account expire — nothing is charged automatically.

When self-serve billing opens, you'll receive a prompt to enter payment details and continue. If you don't subscribe, your account enters a read-only grace period so you can export anything you've uploaded before the account closes.

Each plan includes a starting amount of managed storage. Usage beyond it is a marked-up pass-through — we handle the infrastructure and bill you a single line item, with no tiers or hard caps. For enterprise customers with large archives, total archive size informs a one-time activation fee.

They're distribution add-ons for Studio and Enterprise. StoryBoost manages paid promotion on search and connected TV; StoryWave is a mission-creator marketplace that handles matching, compliance, and payouts. Both are coming soon, and pricing will be announced at launch.

Run StoryOS on your organization's own Apple silicon Mac and your hardware does the inference, so the AI costs us less and you pay 25% less on any plan. The StoryOS Mac app handles on-device models; ask about local-compute pricing when you join.

StoryOS analyzes, retrieves, and assembles real footage. It never generates synthetic imagery. Every visual that reaches a client or audience is sourced from footage your organization owns or has licensed.

Your organization owns its data. Every asset in the platform carries a provenance and consent record so you always know where footage came from and who approved its use. Your data is exportable at any time in standard formats.

You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then and can export your data before the account closes.
